Our professional artisans will determine the materials or follow the suggestion from the washing label on the clothes and take actions of either dry cleaning or water washing accordingly.
When the service is completed, our client service will notify you either by digital transmission or by call and provide the payment method at the same time.
We take payment in cash, wire transfer or one-time service that is over NT600 could also accept credit cards of Visa and Master.
After the payment is confirmed, it is suggested to pick-up and making dual confirmation to the service, otherwise we may schedule home delivery to your designated location. Upon delivery, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the parcel that they are signing for is without damage, visible alteration or wet. Any such defects should be reported on the delivery note (when you sign for the delivery).
